Ring of Bells Inn & Restaurant

The Ring of Bells Inn dates from the 13th Century and has the traditional thick walls and low beamed ceilings associated with a building of this age and style. The bar forms the hub of the public rooms with an adjoining saloon and a function room, which is available for visiting groups and private parties.

The dining room seats 25 and has a large open fireplace with the original bake ovens still in place. The low ceilings, open fires and absence of any canned music promote an intimate atmosphere in the dining room.

We currently have two four poster suites, one double and one twin all of which have tea and coffee facilities.

All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and toilet facilities. All rooms are non-smoking. Please note all rooms are at first floor level and are accessed via winding stairs.

The Inn serves real ales and an imaginative lite-bites menu, while the restaurant features an exciting menu, changed daily, and using locally-sourced ingredients. There is something for everyone including steaks, grills, pasta and game, as well as a superb selection of fine wines at great prices.

Booking is recommended for the restaurant, particularly at weekends.
